The conservation and repair of the South of England’s cathedrals, churches and chapels has always been an important and valued specialisation of Ward & Co’s practice.

Since 1995 we have been privileged to work on more than 100 ecclesiastical buildings, many of them listed Grade I and Grade II*. Long-term clients include the Churches Conservation Trust as well as many individual Parochial Church Councils (PCC’s).

By employing a range of craftspersons, such as stonemasons, plasterers and joiners, Ward & Co is well placed to undertake church work of all sizes. Where required we engage specialist sub-contractors, such as leadworkers and glaziers, whose high standard of workmanship matches our demands for quality.
