Ward & Co offers apprenticeships under the Modern Apprenticeships Scheme and to date has supported fourteen members of staff through to completion of their apprenticeships. Candidates for apprenticeships are primarily trade based but others have chosen a career change to achieve a new expertise in building construction and conservation and these other life skills are highly prized.
