Ward & Co also offers apprenticeships under the Modern Apprenticeships Scheme and to date has supported seven members of staff through to completion of their apprenticeships and currently has a further four apprentices. Candidates for apprenticeships are primarily trade based but others have chosen a career change to achieve a new expertise in building construction and conservation and these other life skills are highly prized.
